Happy new year!! As it is already January, I decided to get a head start on my graduation dress. I know what you’re thinking, “Graduation’s still 6 months away you crazy person!” Or… maybe you’re not thinking that. But with my procrastination problem, It’s better to be safe than sorry.
I’ve recently been watching Say Yes To The Dress a lot. My friend Izzi and I like to make fun of the brides. (I know… I’m a Shallow person, but you should see the people who come on this show) My favorite episode we’ve seen so far is called Lady In Red, where a bride tries on a tea length gown, with six layers of rainbow tulle. I thought “Oh my God, That is amazing”, Myself being a fan of color, I decided I loved it.
For my graduation dress I want to make a casual rendition of that dress, With white eyelet fabric for the skirt, and either a Strapless, or tank bodice.
I’ll keep you posted

So as you may have read in my last post, I went to the Baltimore aquarium. I saw the dolphin show, as well as the 4D adventure. And as I was walking, I couldn’t help notice this fish tank with many different species, of fish, turtles, rays… and I stopped for a moment to find them all coming out of the rocks to say hi. Of course, not only for me, for all of the aquarium goers, that were gazing through the fingerprint marked glass. The one turtle was showing off his “mad skills” just as another ran up, and bit his tail off!
This poor turtle!
Although the turtle stayed calm, he just looked back at the mean turtle, and continued with his swimming.
Really I guess this post were to be more appropriately named Turtles, I am amazed at how much different turtles are from humans, but yet so alike.
Imagine if humans, were just like turtles. How would the world be different?
Someday, take a look around, and you’ll see how much humans have to learn.
